TTO PROCEDURE GHANA WATERS:
- Seller issues Contract.
- Buyer and Seller sign / seal this contract Agreement and buyer return with Certificate of Incorporation and International Passport Copy and ATB Format which includes buyers name, inspection company name, shipping agent details, super cargo name and ID, all emails included, tug boat name, radio channel, colour and flag.
- Buyer sends Bank POF or Bank RWA address to Seller with Buyer bank Officer’s business Card.
- SELLER shall provide:
- Commitment Letter to supply.
- Contract Acknowledgement Letter.
- Account Nomination Letter and verbiages for instrument pre-advice and Instrument verbiage and Full CIS of Receiver to buyer.
- Buyer bank issue SBLC or BG or DLC of $20 Million Dollars to seller bank.
- Upon confirmation, Seller loaded vessel at 10nm off tema Ghana water, instruct the captain to make announcement to port on behalf of buyer name and issue Marine ATB for buyer inspectors / supercargo to come on board.
- Buyer’s shipping agent or inspection company send acknowledgement stating the exact time the supercargo and inspector are coming onboard, and Buyer’s shipping agents or the Tugboat captain send ETA open communication as the inspectors and supercargo proceed onboard for confirmation of product, upon boarding vessel captain send attestation, while inspector collects sample and Q&Q analysis, and disembark, the super cargo will remain on board.
- Q & Q is ascertained by buyer inspectors, and upon Q & Q report, Title of own-ership is transferred to the buyer name.
- The vessel of 2,000,000 Barrels, will be officially assign in Buyer’s name as the consignee of product by the officer in marine and shipping department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) Bonny Terminal (Proof of Product) the complete full set of original shipping documents in favor of the Buyer including. a) Original and 3 Copies of Commercial Invoice.
b) Full Set of 3 Original and non-negotiable Copies of Bill of Lading.
c) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quantity.
d) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quality.
e) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Origin.
f) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Master’s Receipt of Samples
g) 1 Original and 3 Copies for Master’s Receipt of each one-copy document
h) 1 Original Ullage Report issued at loading Terminal.
i) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Cleanliness Report at loading Port.
j) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Customs clearance certificate
k) Charter Party Agreement (CPA)
l) 1 Original and 3 Copies Certificate of Ownership & Warranty of Title.
m) Authority To Sell (ATS). - Seller notifies Buyer with the vessel particulars/ crew list (Q88) and location with Master’s official written confirmation to the buyer.
- Buyer takes over the cargo or trans-ship from the assigned vessel. Buyer will be assigned the Ownership and Warranty of Title, as the consignee with full set of the shipping documents.
- Payment for the total cargo cost is made by Swift Wire Transfer via Swift MT103 within 72hrs through Seller’s commercial invoice presented after Q & Q ascertained by buyer’s inspection agents and presentation of the original shipping documents to the buyer.
